The Eugenie Park Condominium Association is made up of thirty-two units: twelve units contained int multi-family building on Mohawk and twenty separate three-story units along Mohawk, Eugenie and in a courtyard setting on Larrabee. Each of the units is privately owned, but the surrounding grounds are held in common.

Originally known as St. Michael's Mews I Condominium, the organization's name was later changed to Eugenie Park Condominium. The units, built in 1980-81, are located in Chicago's historic Old Town within the 43rd ward, 15th precinct, and 7th congressional district.
